A Custom Portal is an ideal solution for your organisation if you want to deliver online training under your own brand.
The main option for customising your portal involves using your logo and organisation’s colours, housed on a dedicated website with its own, dedicated URL.

How Customisation Works
The two images below show an example of what a manager would see when completing a course, first in the Arthur Ellis default branding, and the second in a Client’s Custom Portal design.

Another option is for you to customise the Web App interface for your Portal.
This is where we specify the icon and labels that appear on both Apple and Android mobile devices, and Windows PCs, when users add the Web App to their device.
What’s included
Your Portal will be similar to this one, but without the information for Custom Configurations, as you will be able to do that from here!

- An SSL site certificate for security – meaning we use an https://yourdomain URL connection
- Use of your logo and colours – configured using the online configuration form
- Option for customised “state-of-the-art” web app platform – for easy distribution and access by managers and employees on the go
- Updates to course content and materials
- Option for Arthur Ellis to provide policies & procedures related to mental health
- Direct access to the growing range of Arthur Ellis support material
- Option to include your own support resources, policies and procedures – e.g. EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) information and calling links or Private Healthcare details
- General signposting information – including links to Local Self Referral Units and National Helplines etc.
- Option for a link in the footer, e.g. back to your main website, central support portal, employee intranet etc.
